HOW TO ORDER - AMFISOUND

1. Contact us by e-mail (info@amfisound.fi), by phone, or by visiting our workshop. You get to speak with the builder himself and decide all the details of your instrument. In the case of a workshop visit, we will introduce our work, woods, special paintings, our trademark VISUALITY and you get to choose your materials. In other words, you can see exactly how and where your guitar will be built.
NOTE: There are several cheap flight companies that fly from Helsinki to Oulu. If you come by airplane, please let us know; we will pick you up and bring you back to the airport. Check for flights: www.norwegian.com, www.airbaltic.com

2. We will make a detailed list of specifications for your instrument with you. You will also get the total price for your custom instrument.

3. To confirm your order, you have to complete an advance payment (30 % of the total price). If you want to cancel your order after the payment has been made, we keep 50% of your advance payment. The rest will be refunded to you. All cancellations have to be made within 2 weeks from the time of the advance payment. We will not provide refunds for cancellations that are made after this period.

4. When we have received your advance payment, we will start building your instrument.

5. You pay the rest of the payment (70 % of the total price), when the instrument is finished. When the instrument is ready, we will contact you. Together, we decide on the shipping method. You have 6 weeks time to complete the payment. If we don't receive your payment within this period, we keep our right to sell your guitar further.

For international orders, the following payment options are available:

2. Cash (in case of a visit)

Shipping prices vary according to country. We'll inform you about the rate when you place the order.

Approximate building time (depends on your custom features)
Bolt-on basic models: from 3-5 months and up.
Neckthrough basic models: from 6 months and up.
Neckthrough customs: from 8-14 months and up.
One-of-a-kind Customs: 8-18 months and up.

When you order a guitar, we usually take your order in as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please add your name and country to your email! We really love to know with whom we are talking, and it also makes it easier for us to inform you about country-specific delivery charges.

PLEASE NOTE:
We design, build, sell, and market our guitars by ourselves. This also means that we do not have much time to spend in front of the computer. So if you do not get an answer to your email right away or information on how your guitar is getting along, please be patient; it doesn't mean that we don't build it.
